Wanted to get everyone's opinion on needing c-gussets and sleeves when installing 35" tires.

I have a TF 2.5 coil lift with new Bilsteins. It's a 2010 JKU Sahara with 3.73s auto. 90% road 10% off road. Thanks.

Do it, it's insurance on the cheap.

Actually have the same set up, but running 33's right now.. plan to upgrade to 35's but won't do it until I get these done. Here is a better question.. what is your reasoning for not doing it?

Definitely get c's, but a full truss on a 30 is a waste.

C-gussets are cheap. Axle housings are not.

Sleeved and gusseted mine. It may be overkill, but for $200 bucks it's cheap insurance.
