I am either getting the Rough Country 2.5"bb or the Rubicon Express 2"bb. Which one would anyone recommend. Both level the jeep and are about the same price. I am not sure which shocks would be better.

This is the same dilema I'm in too. I'm thinking of going with the 2.5 RC. Cheaper, and if you really want to run 35's later on down the road w/o rubbing, you're only a 1" BL away. Plus I figured the money I'd save going with the RC lift, I could buy a steering stabilzer and if needed, an adjustable track bar. On BB kits, pucks are pucks, and I think these shocks are pretty comparable.

A budget boost is just coil spacers and shocks... Doesn't really metter what you get. I've got the RC kit, and have no problems with it.

The rough country spacers are actually metal, so I thought that might be better

i would recommend the RC 2.5BB kit. i have installed a couple of them and can tell you that you'll be happy with it. besides, you'll get a whole extra 1/2" of lift and trust me, it is noticable

Done! Rough Country it is. I am ordering on Wednesday. Thank You guys.
I will post pics when done.
One more question. Should I order the brakeline extenders for an extra four bucks? Also want a new steering stabilizer. Any suggestions?

yes, get the brakeline extensions but save your money and hold off on the steering stabilizer.
