Edit sorry thought you were looking for protection. Not sure if woods kit or skid would help your problem, either one will allow water/mud to get to the evap. woods will deff get it further out of the way.
RockHard now offers an Evap relocation kit that mounts it up above the rear axle. Makes a lot more sense than putting a skid under something that shouldn't be therre in the first place.

I'm sure Woods, Kilby and RH would all work just fine.
