Default HELP...How does this happen?!

Noticed yesterday that my breather tube on my front axle looked like this... I just checked the tube and there isn't any cracks.

Looks like something is growing on that thing lol. I would prob change your diff fluid to be safe and replace the breather line. Its just some hose prob only cost ya a few bucks.

Yeah it does look like something is growing. Lol. I didn't replace the breather hose, mainly because I couldn't find any type of failure. I did change out the diff fluid. But I got to thinking that slush wouldn't be my diff fluid. I suspect it's some sort of overflow from the washer fluid or the HOAT coolant. I looked top side and couldn't find any leaks. So I don't know. I'll just keep an eye on it.

Your breather tube should have used a condom. Now it has genital warts. Or maybe it is just frozen washer fluid/coolant?
