I have the same lift as you and was pulling just slightly to the left too, after my first rotation with new Nitto MT's 285's it was fixed.

I have already rotated twice, rotating in the spare in too. Still pulling.

Cool. Now you confirmed that it is a tire pull.

I've swapped the two before. No change in pull. Most likely will be a month or so before I get around to finding someone else's tires to try. But I will be sure to post my results.

caster will cause pulling toward negative, or less caster.

I had the same problem with 35 trail grapplers. My alignment was spot on and I wasn't willing to compensate with different tire pressures or any other bandaid for that matter. Those tires cost to much to deal with that kind of pull. I sent them back and got the EXO grapplers. I have no pull now. I know that's not the answer you want but the tires are your problem. It's not radial pull or you could switch the tires left to right and it should pull the other way. It is a function of the tread design. Some people can accept the pull, some can't. The Goodyear Kevlar's pull the right. Again, some people can deal with it but some can't.

I'll bet if you drove your friends jeep with the trail grapplers you would feel the pull even though he says he doesn't.

yeah, that's what I'm afraid of too. I have to many miles to send them back I'm sure. It does suck that after spending that kind of money you have problems like this. I know for next time I guess.

Check the following:

1. Tire Pressure
2. Tire wear
3. Track Bar adjustment if any
4. check suspension components, links, stocks, control arms etc to see if anything is loose.
5. Maybe just need Toe adjustment i.e. wheel alignment

As I look around the web I'm seeing the tire being mounted two different ways. Some with the flat edge out and others with the triangle edge out. Heck even nittos web site has the triangle edge out. The video I watched from Mel at Evo had flat out. I'm going to email nitto to see what they say.
