Default Help with locked front axle

08 rubi, just got the gears changed (with the axles out of the Jeep) put in the axles and put the tires back on. Backed out of the garage and seemed like the front axle was locked. Lifting the front verified this .... both tires roll the same way. Disconnected the electrical connections, assuming it would un lock .... wrong. Besides taking the cover off, is there anything else that could be done to get it to reset? What could have gone wrong with the gear installation causing it to lock solid like this??

Thanks!

Check to see if the locker sensor plunger (probably not the correct term) has been bent when the dif case was put back in. I believe it has to be depressed prior to re-installation or it will cause this problem. Good luck.

planman,
You were right, I think I've got a problem, you can see in the photo the ring is bowed and it appears the plunger is on the wrong side .....
