Default Help my ride

Will 5100'S help my ride with 2.5 sky jackers lift ? I currently have hydro 7000 SJ shocks.

depends on what you're not happy with but, more than likely, yes. the hydros you have are super old school and not the best when it comes to dampening bumps.

I'm running 5100's with my FT lift. Ride and handling are awesome, both on- and off-road. Recommendation quotient is high.

Those hydros are about the softest shock on the market. The 5100's are firmer, so I wouldn't expect a softer ride, but it should be better controlled. If you feel your ride is harsh, the springs may be the culprit. I'm running 5100's and think they are great shocks, but they won't help soften stiff springs.

I just put some 5100's on a couple weeks ago and I love them They ride so much better that the stock rubi shocks I had.
