Default Help with P1731 code

Went wheeling to today and I believe I noticed after a deep puddle that the tranny stayed in "D". Once I got out on the road to go home it went into "limp home mode" and has a P1731 code.
I did just switch from the AEV Procal to the Superchips 3782 Friday. Opinions please. Should I revert back to stock and reload or do I have to got to the dealer or is there something else I can do?

Do you know if the tune will touch the trans calibration ? if so, try loading the stock trans tune.
There are more details about the code here, hopefully it's something silly like a sensor or the trans not liking something in the tune, if the trans is low on fluid, then that code can be tripped as well.

I don't think it will touch the tranny tunes on 2012 and up. I will check fluid but it only has 23k miles and then try to set it back to stock.
