Hard to say but there def appears to be wear there and the bolt is not snug to the hole. If you get a chance at some point pop of your axle side trackbar and stick the stock bolt in to see if it is snug.

Send me the trackbar anyway. I am going to replace it along with the bolts and then go from there. Next step after the will be welding washers. If all that is still no good then Im at a loss.

Nice. Have fun! Thanks again. Let me know what you come up with if you get a chance to unbolt your trackbar and check the stock bolt. Night MK.

I'll check on Sunday and let you know. Also on my list is, change frt brake pads, rotate tires and install my driveshaft that I just got back from je reel( they had to lenghthen re-balance and fix the cv joint) I'm doing a re-torque of all suspension parts anyway.

Update: Reinstalled the JKS front trackbar with new hardware. The trackbar holes in the frame, axle, and JKS trackbar are not wallowed out. The new bolts due fit tighter in all the above units but the Death Wobble is there.

They cant tell you whats wrong with it. i had a shake with mine and my wifes jks after i installed the lifts. got them aliened and went away and they ride better. every jeep i have ever seen with this problem gets fixed with an alignment, and thats alot of jeeps. take it to a quality shop for an alignment and if its not fixed the should be able to tell you whats wrong.
