If anyone thought you didn't have the DW, they don't anymore. You said it is like way better now than it was too didn't you? Man, that sucks.

I recently put the JKS front trackbar back on but with new hardware and drove the Jeep around for a few errands. I usually do not drive for as long as I did today but I wanted to see if I could see some kind of wear on some part or not. I can not see any wear or any shiny new metal, so I do not think anything is really loose.

As you can see, the new hardware did not help the problem.

I just checked mine, minut amount of play but doesn't look like the holes in the mount are wallowed any. Hellbound, got my stock trk bar wrapped, in a box, ready to ship. Did you try new bolts yet?

I checked my draglink and it moved pretty freely but I don't know if it was like yours? I mean it is not loose or anything. What about the bracket where the front track meets the frame? Everything look ok there? It really makes me sick that you can't get this sorted out. I hope you get it figured out before something wears or breaks or even worse causes you to wreck. Drive it to Texarkana and I will help you figure it out. lol.

New bolts will here tomm and on Tuesday. So send the trackbar. Thanks again!

I am still baffled though how I got the Teraflex lower arms, adjusted them longer than the stock arms and am getting a 3.0 reading on my caster?

I dunno how some of the guys on here are reading their castor. I was at 10 degrees after the lift, measured underneath the axle c. I adj them longer which rotated the pinion angle down and got 6 degrees. Some people are saying there castor is at 1 or 2 after a lift, dunno How they are measuring that. Stock is 4 something, if you lenghthened them, 3 would seem to be correct, as you are making your pinion more level with the ground. Again , I dunno how they are getting the readings they do. Maybe a castor guru will chime in. TRk bar will be shipped tomorrow, hope it helps.

I thought the purpose of lengthening the lower ones was to INCREASE my castor. The alignment shop is reading them at 3 which is below stock. (4.2) but still within spec according to the alignment shop.

WOL?

lengthening the lower control arms does increase caster. are you sure that your holes are not wallowed out at all? take of the track bar and stick your bolt in there and see how much it moves. should be none, or a very very slight amount if any. fixed mine today and my shake sent away:
