I cant remember what my toe reading was when I had at it the alignment shop Thursday, but my caster was only 3.0 which I thought was odd since I had installed adjustable arms. I doubt it could be the arms though, they were installed weeks ago and the issue started a few days ago..

I would check the welds on the trackbar brackets. I have had the front rip off completely! I welded the JKS brackets on and added the adjustable trackbars and that helped. Also I have disabled the ESP and ERM and that had really helped! My Jeep is fun to drive again!

Does it shake all the time, or is at certain speeds, or is it on bumps only? Did you check your adj arms to make sure they are both the same lenght eye to eye and torqued correctly? Stock uppers also ?

From what I can see there are no cracks in the brackets, only thing I see are the holes egged out besides that the only other thing I can think of is tie rod? Jks only makes a bracket for the axle side right?

Mk,

It is shaking over bumps and also feels flighty and has a slight shimmy as speed increases. You can feel vibes through the wheel and also every little rut or bump can be felt in the wheel. The steering also feels overly tight too but. It basically feels like death wobble but under the control of my stabilizer so it never reaches that point. The shake can be felt in the wheel and in the seat.

Mine felt exactly the same way when I was screwing with the toe, flighty, feeling the bumps, too much toe in. If I were you, I'd mark where your toe is now on the tierod and adjust out just a little and see if it helps, you'll be able to see your tire move out. Go about a half a turn tighten, test, come back , repeat. I'd do this before anything else and see what happens. Do this with tires on the ground. Look at Wol's alighnment write up to adfjust your toe. If this doesn't help it, I dunno.

Mk I will give it a try although I don't see how that could be as this just started a few days ago and I never touched the toe or hit anything with the tie rod.

If someone wiggled the wheel while I lay underneath the track bar is wiggling.

Does it seem it's wiggling within the hole? Does your axle AND frame mounts seem to be flexing any?

I dunno I only looked at the track bar itself while the wheel was being moved. I will look again. I took the axle side off though and it looked egged out. There was about 1MM of space between the bolt and edge of the hole. Also there are metal flakes on the bolts like it had been chewing it up.

Hmm, I still have the stock bolts and adj trk bars frt and rear and haven't had that problem. Your track bars must have not been torqued right at some point. I f under torqued, very obvious cause. If over torqued, bolt threads comprimised. Try some new bolts first, then do the washer thing.
