Default Help pull to the left after alignment and rotation

Hi guys
new to this form but have read all I can find but its not really the same thing I am having so I am starting a new post

let me start off and let you all know whats on my JK
2016 jk 4d sport 12500 mil
lift installed with 200 mil on jeep
2.5 pro comp lift with fox shocks and fox ATS adjustable steering stabilizer
front and rear terflx adjustable track bar
rubicon express correction brakes thing
35 inch tiers that are 12.5 with 2o inch rims
toyo all country AT

ok so my jeep has always had a slight pull to the right nothing that bad - steering wheel was slanted to the left . thats was the reason for the alignment. when I got the jeep back they did not attach the steering stabilizer right so it was binding had to go right back. that was problem 1

drove the jeep for a day and the alignment was worse then before. went back next day they adjusted it. - better but not good. jeep is drifting left a lot more at highway speeds. also heavy on the road crown - left or right. then the shop said I need a tier rotation. problem 2

I took the jeep to the shop that did the lift the next day and had them rotate and balance as I get that for free. they did this in a x pattern. (they do not do alignment here) when I got the jeep back it was driving very ruff then it ever did and now has a pull to the left. called the shop and they said to get an alignment - but at this point I basically had two of them so I know it is ok - at least I think problom 3

they then said that it could be that I wanted to long for the rotation and balance or I could have a bad tier radial pull. they said to drive it out or switch the front tiers to see if the pull is now on the other side.
they also said it looks like I did not have brake line extenders so they put them on as well. I don't know if this is related to all of this but when I brake harder then normal it pulls to the left. Problem 4

just to be on the safe side I took it to a different 4x4 shop today that is highly recommended in the jeep community by me. the guys over there took it for a drive and said that yes it has a slight pull but not supper noticeable to him and if it was his jeep he keep it the way it is.

the thing that bugs me the most is I am on the highway most of the time with this jeep and thats when it gets the worst. before all of this the jeep was riding good I just went in for a minor adjustment
I don't think when they test drive they do highways speeds

please help me out

could it be a bad alignment
could it be the rotation
could it be a bad balance
could it be something totally different
could it be a bad tier

should I get lower adjustable control arms to dial things in more

please let me know what could of changed here

just so you all have it

here are the before and after alignment specs I got

alliment 1
original specs
camber left - -0.9
camber right - -0.8
caster left - 5.8
caster right 5.8
toe left - 0.18
toe right - 0.03
total tow - 0.21
steer ahead - 0.07
thrust - -0.2

new specs
camber left - -0.9
camber right - -0.8
caster left - 5.8
caster right 5.8
toe left - 0.16
toe right - 0.14
total tow - 0.30
steer ahead - 0.01
thrust - 0.00

as for the new specs the printer was not working and he only gave me parts of the final results

camber left - -0.8
camber right -0.9
caster left - 4.7
caster right - 4.7
toe left - 0.15
toe right - 0.10
total tow - 0.25
steer ahead - did not give this to me
thrust - did not give this to me

thanks guys

Your first issue is you went with a Pro Comp lift. Your 2nd issue is that the kit I'm betting is not complete thus your geometry and roll center is all out of whack.

This is what I'm assuming you're running or pretty close to it.....

* this pic is of the 2 door setup, but the 4 door kit doesn't look much different

Compare your Pro Comp kit to something like AEV's 2.5" suspension lift kit. Look to see what's missing and learn in the process by understanding how those missing components function to give the vehicle a better ride & driving ability.

I can't remember if AEV includes these now with their 2.5 so I'll throw this one out there to help get you started....

You mention a pull to the left as well as it pulling to that side under hard braking. Those two things could indicate a brake problem. If you drive for a while, are all of your rims about the same temperature, or is one much hotter where a brake is dragging? Just something to check, good luck.

What's wrong with pro comp
I added a bunch of stuff to the lift adjustable front and rear track bar
And I have that part from aev but mine is from rubicon express
What am I missing
Should I get lower control arms

Just to clarify my problem is mainly on the highway or 50 mph or more
It's mainly pulling hard on the road crown
And before I had to hold steering wheel to the left now to the right a bit but there is a big pull to left on highway road crown

Thanks for the reply
Yes it's got a pull to the left more then anything and a hard pull on road crown left or right
As for the brakes this does not happen all the time but yes it does pull to the right on a hard brake some times
Will check the rims later at lunch

Your previous castor number was fine and I am curious what they did to move it so much. With 35s, anywhere between 5-6 degrees will get you the best handling without putting too much wear on your tires. The numbers now are closer to the stock numbers which don't work as well on bigger tires.

What type of tire do you have? A few mud tires out there do have a radial pull.

If you took your Jeep to an alignment shop that is a problem. You should have taken it to a 4x4 shop and they would have done it right. Your new castor and toe in can cause some instability with hard braking, that is usually part of a lifted Jeep.

Yes I was thinking the same thing as you on the alignment specs however I did go to a 4x4 shop after that alignment and tier rotation and balance were done at the place I got the lift
When I went to the 4x4 place to check things out they took it for a ride and said it was fine
They did not put it on the alignment rack just took it for a drive
But again I don't think they went past 30 mph

I have an apt with a different shop that does lifts on Saturday and the on the 3erd I have an apt with 4 wheel parts
I ordered to be safe lower control arms from 4wheel parts so if needed they can put them on then

Just don't get how the specs can change so much when they are not adjustable
