Funny, I click on the instructions link on that web page and I get "not found or not allowed". Guess I'll do alright without any. Thanks for trying though.

Copied from the Tereflex Installation Guide:

1. Remove the stock track bar.
2. Bounce the vehicle up and down several times to bring the axle centered under the vehicle. It may be helpful to use a ratchet strap to pull the axle to one side or the other to center the axle.
3. Install the frame end of the track bar to the frame bracket with the factory bolt.
4. Adjust the track bar length so the axle end bracket lines up with the flex joint on the new adjustable track bar and tighten the jam nut on the joint. (About 40 15/16”).
5. Install the axle end bolt and torque both bolts to 110-120 foot pounds.
6. Grease both end joints now and every 3000 miles.

And to clarify the above instructions without the help of the picture that was included:
- The frame end of the bar is fixed
- The axel end is the threaded end with the jamb nut.

Bar arrived, install was a breeze. BUT, the taraflex bar at its shortest setting only solved my problem 3/4 of an inch. I'm still 1 1/4" inches off center. Originally it was 2" off center. Is the common problem a need for a longer than stock trac bar? I obviously need a well shorter than stock trac bar. Does this make sense to any one? My guess is the Jeep service dept. welded the new bracket in an incorrect position, even though it looks like its where it used to be. Any suggestions? My axle, in case you haven't mentally pictured it yet, is too far to the left and the driver side rear tire extends slightly beyond the fender flare, while the passenger side is tucked under the flare. There must be an easier solution than going back to fight with Jeep and have them redo the entire bracket repair/weld. Any one know a "real" suspension shop in the south west New Mexico area (Artesia/ Roswell)?
