Default Hopefully An Easy Question....

So the never ending topic of 33 and 35 inch tires and what should/needs to be done on the JK... I've read hundreds of threads on each and the vast majority of the time people only suggest C's and Sleeve's when running 35's, but not 33's.

Someone please hit me in the face if this is really obvious... but from what i've read it's due to weight. When looking at tire weights on tirerack.com or any other site the weight difference is so insanly slight between the 2 (Sometimes the 33's even weigh more!) that wouldn't C's always been needed with either 33's or 35's?

If you get under your Jeep and look at the C's you can tell by looking at them that they are a weak link. For what they cost, gussets are great insurance regardless of the tire size. I personally would gusset either way
