I have not noticed a difference either. I will probably go back and save the 4-5 bucks a tank

This is the biggest part that I have yet to hear anyone explain, and it really kind of pisses me off.

Superchips=$295 vs Hypertech=$379

How does Hypertech justify the price difference, and they do not deliver as many features. I am probably going to send my Hypertech back, $84 difference is BS and my Hypertech wont fix my TPMS issue. One could argue the performance is better with one or the other till you were blue in the face, but you can't argue almost a 30% price increase of one over the other with less features. Since I have yet to use either product ever in my life, I can honestly say I am unbiased consumer at this point trying to figure it all out.

I agree with you. Also those two need to let it go. I too have not used either product, however I am leaning towards the Superchips based on the information I have researched. I would also like to see your question answered. 30% is a huge up charge for less features

Now if I could just get it to load that feature...
I'm also unable to get that feature to load on my Superchips.
I've been working with Superchips on this issue, and we've got it resolved. There's been an update to the firmware. Use your Superchips Easy Update software on your computer to update your tuner, then install the TPMS Disable feature. When done, the hokey software will still tell you that the package is not installed, however if you then plug your tuner into your Jeep, you'll find TPMS Offroad feature there, under Advanced, then Tire Pressure. Give it a try.

I would be happy with more or better performance and keep the same gas milage. I don't really care if I get anymore. I'm going to have to research these tuners.

So basically this is just a tool to reprogram your current computer settings? There is no actual chip to install? If so could we use the same unit to program multiple Jeeps?

It will only work on one Jeep at a time. It loads your specific vehicle in memory and will only work on the Jeep until you remove the tune from the Jeep and reset the Flashpaq. You cannot reset the Flashpaq until the Jeep itself has been set back to stock.

I really don't get angry over this whole thing, just when revisionist history is applied to what my case was. Then of course innuendo that the product others and I chose doesn't maintain the same standards as what we have deemed to be an inferior product.

I don't think anyone needs to do a ton of additional research as there are volumes of user experiences on both products available on this forum. Plenty of people who have used both products, and I think their views speak louder than those who just pin a moniker on their chest.

No secret where I stand on the subject, and when someone wants to throw some empirical data on the topic contrary to my findings instead of just fluff, I'm all ears.
