Interestingly, although I'm the bad guy now, I was the only one that offered any potential solution and advise to the OP and I haven't owned the product in three months.

 

Don't infer any side-taking on my part. I just spout off whatever comes to mind, in this twisted head of mine.

 

There truly aren't any sides to take. If someone wants to bash the other product then so be it. Hands on use of both would be a good place to start.
