Teraflex suspension is good stuff. I went on the budget route and got Rough Country budget boost. Look at Rock Krawler also. I love their 2.5 and 3.5 max travel kits and would like to upgrade to that someday.

Exhaust...don't do borla. That crap is way overpriced. Magnaflow is pretty good, but the most popular here is the MBRP. I went really cheap and just bought a flowmaster super 44 and relocated my muffler under the drivers seat. Then went to autozone and got some bends and a tip and made my own offroad exhaust. It cost about 80-100 bucks, not 800 like borla. It sounds good too.

Defenitly get superchips. There are alot of threads around here on the superchips and how people love them. Mines on order.

It all depends on what route you wanna go. The show and tell section will give you all kinds of ideas as far as lifts, rims, tires, bumpers, winches, ect.. You just need to know what your max budget is and what your intended use (trails, rock crawling, street) is. Then you can decide on alot of the components you wanna upgrade to.

I have the Magnaflow exhaust and the install was straight forward, tone is good and like the stainless. On my past Jeeps I have had Flowmaster 50 series and liked them as well.

the teraflex 2.5" coil lift is great. rides smooth, great flex, upgradeable, and comes with everything you need (except front track bar, if you need it). id go with the 4dr kit even if you have a 2dr.

Decide what height you want to end up at, and THEN choose the lift.

TF 2.5" '4door' coils will put a 2door up in the 3.5-4" range. You will want adjustable trackbars. You will want adjustable front lower ca's for the caster. You will want adjustable rear upper ca's for the new rear driveshaft you'll be getting. Links, brakelines, bumpstops, etc... It adds up, so do the research and budget all the mods in before you buy...
