I agree with your thought process for sure, but i installed the lift back in Jan, so i feel confident that its settled in.

My RE 2.5" lift barely lifted the rear of my Jeep with the added weight of a bumper and tire carrier. I was able to swap for a set of 4 door springs instead to prop the rear end up.

Otherwise if you were to add a bumper and winch up front like everyone has said you should level out pretty well.
