Instead of death woble...OUCH!
In my case, I would get a used Rubi 44 up front and spend the remaining $$ on the lockers/gears etc.
Glad it's working out for you, but I'm sorry for your non-Jeep downtime! Bigger, Stronger, Faster though!
ARB is one of the most popular lockers out there. You could also look at Eatons e-locker, no air lines or extra expense for a compressor.
TenFactory are very popular, unless you want to splurge on rcv's.
Northridge4x4 has a decent axle builder on there website, find the housing then plug the various parts in to get updated pricing. Good for comparing some of the options.

Glad your insurance came through. They didn't make a stink about your larger tires? Sorry to interject, but was reading thread and just wondering.

Agent did not bat an eye at my 35's, lift, sleeved axle, or my 25 trail stickers all over my JK. He just said, "WOW!" and paid me.

Currie rockjock and G2 core44 are other options to check into. Have you researched these housings to know which version of housing you want? (caster correction, tube thickness, etc?).

Order time in might be an issue as this is my DD and I cannot wait until after Christmas for this stuff to come in and get repaired. Ugh...
Find a used d30 housing, shouldn't be all that difficult to find one cheap/free. No need for gears/shafts/etc, just slap your ends on it. I drove like that for a few months waiting for my pr44.
Insurance came through and wrote me a nice check. They are calling it collision. The agent had never seen anything like this broken Dana 30 of mine. Now, on to axle shopping. I want an aftermarket Dana 44 replacement for my factory Dana 30 and am looking at Tera Flex and Dynatrac. I am considering having the ARB locker installed in the front while I am at it. Why not?
I'll need axle shafts but apparently I can re use the outer knuckles and brakes. Any suggestions on axle shafts? I am thinking 30 spline Ten Factory axles might be decent and fairly affordable. Suggestions?
