Default I've been gone for years what to do...

I had a 07 jk with the usual lift 35s front and rear bumpers and sold it a couple years ago. Had a fee vehicles since now I'm in an 07 Tacoma double cab and think I want to get back in a jk. I want an unlimited for sure now that I have a kid. Really don't know if the whole 2017 will be enough of a change to wait on it or should I just get a 3.6 unlimited? Anyone in the same boat?

Get a '15 and be happy.

X2. I'm not sure the 17's are going to be an improvement, and they actually may lose some features. I picked up a '15 JKUR in December, and it is much, much better than my previous '07.

I actually feared what would come out in 2017 and bought a known and proven technology. Look what came out of a new Cherokee for example. Almost two years later they still can't tune that 9 speed auto.

Hey thanks for the advice I will prob go out and get an 12-15 but I really hate how well they are keeping there value lol makes me want to get new then if I get new I go back to thinking about the 2017 lol

I would wait for the 2017's and see if the diesel actually makes it into the wranger.

The diesel option is sure nice but at $4500 premium like on GC ouch

I had a double cab taco 2013 and switched to a 2014 rubi unlimited and couldn't be happier... More leg room and a better overall vehicle, I also have a kid and the jeep is a better fit
