Default J Scan Purchase Help

2008 Rubicon - 3 inch Lift 35" Tires
Guys, I'm buying a J Scan mainly to either turn off or adjust TPMS
When I buy the J Scan (Amazon), I know I need the app (free?)...J Scan has to be buletooth correct?
Anything else I'll need?
Thanks

Look at Jscan's site to see what dongle is best for your phone and just buy the BT dongle on Amazon. The license you will purchase directly on Jscan's app for the VIN and is $20, unless that has changed. That's pretty much it.

The best dongle is the iCar Pro with Wifi or Bluetooth. Wifi is better IMO. But mine eats these dongles for some reason. Plug it in it scans then get nothing but a red light. Never changed anything from the last time it worked ok. Tried my son's and screwed that one too so bought him a new one. So no JScan for Barry but I use HPTuners instead.
My beef with the Amazon vendors is that there is no way to go back to them or manufacturers to see why things like above happen!
