I think the bolt on's place the double cardan to far away from the T-case causing vibrations and noise. I just went through a whole buncha crap with my frt end and Tcase being replaced running a je reel 1310 oem replacement. I put my stock ds back in and still have a noise, just not as loud as with the reel. I did not have this prob with the jereel before I got gears and a frt auto locker. The only thing I can deduce is that the frt locker is putting a bit too much tension on the jereel or that the amount of slack that has to be in the ds is affecting it in some way. Anyway, gonna run the stocker till I can go by a driveline shop and have them change the yolks and build a ds for it. Cheaper than buying from an online vendor and they install it.

In addition, I had talked to Jim Reel, nice guy btw. And he recommended that for anything over 3in lift to go ahead and change the yokes because of the joint being to far from the tcase on the oe replacements and causing vibe probs.

I think two many people are having probs with the oe replacement on a good sized lift. Now I have a $500 paper weight in my garage.
