Default Jeep Diamond Plate Rocker Guards

Does anyone have any experience with these?
They are being sold on ebay for $50 in black, $40 in chrome. They are built by MBR FAB who I never heard of. I'm worried about quality.

These are the black ones (master of the obvious)

I still go by the moto YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!
if your are just looking for a step then go for it!!
if you are wanting a rocker guard for protection go with shockworx, olympic, or Purejeep when they are finally availible for the 4dr(hint hint PUREJEEP!)

It's not a money thing. I've seen the Purejeeps, they look solid but I have a step and i dont want to drill into the body. There's not many choices for rocker guards.

I am getting the Olympic Reversa Bars as I mainly need steps but I like how I can flip them over quickly and easily for rockers....

I doubt these black diamond plates are for protection. But I think they would look good in addition with the Olympic reversa bars I just installed on my jeep!
