Default Jeep going crazy!!!!!

Today after driving my JKU I turned it off and as soon as the alarm went off and would not stop for like 5 minutes straight and it finally stop so when I tried to turn the jeep back on it but it wouldn't start and you could hear the ignition going very fast but after like 3 try's it turned back on. I called my jeep dealer and they said its sounds like my battery is dying, I have a dual battery setup in my jeep..... what do you guys think the problem is???

Try disconnecting the batteries and see if everything resets itself when you reconnect.

Disconnect the batteries for a minute to reset the system. That is the place I always start with electrical problems. Good luck!

I would have the batteries load tested, just to rule that out.

how do you have your dual batteries setup? you may have something draining the batteries or they are not charging properly as you drive.
Check your alternator for potential issues as well.

They are hooked so they are running at the same time because I haven't had time to hook up my isolator. I have a bunch if off road lights and a winch and some other electronics wired to the jeep. How would I know of something is draining my batteries? And the only reason I don't think it's my batteries are being drained is because of my alarm going off what would that have to do with the battery?

I had similar problems and just cleaning the battery connections fixed it. Our jeeps need good clean power to function correctly.

I'll try that tomorrow I'll clean them up but they shouldn't be too bad because my jeep only has 16k miles and it has been submerged in water

How long have you had your dual setup? maybe something worked loose and shorting out, hence the alarm going off. while you are checking and possibly cleaning the terminals (not likely with only 16K miles) install your isolator.
