Default JK 2door coilover spring rate Usual .lbs? help

HI, help me

my 2014 JK 2door Synergy long arm upgrade/ 39" BF krawler , Currie44/60 and I will shock upgrade ..But, not know spring rate??

Front 12" Fox coilover shock upper?? / lower??
Rear 12" Fox coilover shock upper?? / lower?? help me

Synergy co. answer is usually rear 250/300 Then Front ????/????? I would advise many people.!! usually let me know please

Vehicle weight, desired ride height, and what you want it set up for us going to give you spring rates. Without knowing these things any generic rates are going to be useless.

Agreed here. We cant just give you numbers. Personal preference also comes in play. I set mine pretty soft as i like it and i think dirt is even lighter but valving and such also matter...
