Default JK 4-Door Body Conversions?

Curious as to whether anyone has heard or seen anything about converting the JK cab to 2 doors only with a bed. Or Something similar to the Brute, or GRtop on an L J?

There have been a few threads like this. Really, all you need are a couple "filler panel" rear doors (like the Earthroamer - no they do not sell them separately). Factory 1/2 doors would be good. They first group to come out with these that look good and are reasonably priced will sell out in a week. (Rubitrux was supposed to be working on some too.)

I lived in Waretown for many years and moved to the "CREEK". Wish I had gotten the FULL soft doors. Had quite a experience with the Bestop half doors. Their quality control is lacking BIG TIME, but they always make good!

seer1 is right! It just takes $. I was thinking about the panel thing too. But something has to be done about altering the roll bars and the top. GRtops had a nice set up for the TJ with the cab & bulkhead idea. Sometimes I could kick myself for trading my '05 L J.

If you're going to do it and have the $$$, do it right. Cut off the cab behind the front seat and make a small bed to go behind it. Or if you're into the Honda/Avalanche kind of thing, chop of your rear door even with the back, fill the cracks and repaint. Otherwise you just have a JK with two different sets of doors.
