I'm not having this problem, but you could just take it out. It's really only needed if it rains.

I thought about that too but the rear support bar is right next to the screw knob for door surrounds and I'm afraid that thr top will flap and rub against the knob and make a hole. To me a $700 top shouldn't be doing this

Weird I don't seem to have anything attaching my rear bow to the roll bar it just slides in and the tension of the rear straps is all that holds it to the roll bar. I have the 2 door by the way.

Are you talking about this aluminum bar (4 door model has one in the front and rear)? If so, if should be inserted into the tab on the door surrounds. It should fit tight to prevent it from moving.

Yes the rear aluminum bar over rear seats not the rear most bar (the one attached to bolted on brackets) I'm talking the rear bow on 4 door models. Trying to upload video later.

Well I just temporarily fixed my top from violently flapping. It was an easy fix. Simply took off my doors and voila no more top flap
