I put 33"x11.5" Safari TSR's on mine at 3k miles. I now have 23k miles on them. I am VERY pleased with them. They are wearing very well, i rotate all 5 every 5k-6k. Great on the highway, with minimal road noise.

I driven them on just about every terrain Mi has to offer. From slippery rocks and hood deep clay bottom mud holes (surprise!) on Drummond Island. To deep,dry sand @ Silver Lake, and of course deep snow and ice on back roads. Since they are a Load "E" tire, i only run them at 32 psi. Even without bead locks, they hold up well at 8psi off road. I did find that they tended to get a bit sketchy on deep snow and ice, but at the same time, what doesnt?

I plan (and recommend) on getting them siped this spring. They are a very solid rubber compount, and this should really add when it comes to traction in the winter and on rocks! I will likely move up the 35" ones next time im due for new tires!

I have had NO issues with sidewall strength. They're E Load tires, even with my JKU, I would be fine with the lighter "C".

 

sounds good! I thought they were already siped and I'm looking for a good snow and ice tire myself, I live in Chicago and the weather can get kinda crazy here sometimes! Thanks for the input
