Default Kmc xd monster question

I'm looking to purchase 20' XD Monsters for my JKU. My question is they come in 20x10 with a -12 offset. If I'm not mistaken, that would mean it would have a backspace of 5, correct? If I run a TF Performance Leveling kit would I have any issues? I don't off road at all and take it down to the OBX a few times a year. Thanks fellas.

One drop down to the 9" wide rim , more back spacing and positive off set , Unless you like the sunk in look , two get at least a 35" tire , I am running 20x8.5 , 35"x12.50 tire , 4" lift , I only rub when , I was not level and at full turn , now I run 37x13.50 and I rub at full turn no matter what I do

Are you at stock height or do you have any lift. You will be fine if you have a budget boost. If you are stock you may have some minor rubbing.
