Default lift install tips and tricks

For those of you that have put on lifts by yourselfs, what tricks do you have when it comes to tightening the bolts on the control arms and trac bars. Some of them are easy because they have the jam portion, some will just spin and spin so you need a crescent wrench to hold. It can be a chore to tighten some of the bolts with just one set of hands. What tricks do you all have to make this process a little easier?

Prop the crescent against something, then beat it off.

Also, slid a long cheater pipe over the crescent, makes it a little easier.

Maybe I can chain the crescent to different areas of the rig.

Drink some plutonium and grow a third arm. Maybe even a third leg. Change your user name to tripod then. Seriously, I haven't found a better way other than using an impact or air rachet.
