Light Guard additions......Hmmmmm
I am thinking of adding headlight and taillight guards to me jeep. I already have the MOPAR chrome fuel cap, so I'm looking to go with the chrome/stainless steel look. Both MOPAR and Rugged Ridge make these products. What does everyone think? Which manufacturer would you go with? Does anyone have any pics of these additions on their jeep?
Thanks!

Mopar makes headlight guards? I knew they made taillight guards as I have the black ones, but the headlights are news to me.
I have the rugged ridge headlight guards, not the greatest in terms of quality(crappy welds), but they are alright i suppose. I like the look.
i am pretty sure there are pics in my gallery, but they are black, not chrome.
front:
rear (hard to see, but best one i have right now):
as for chrome, it's your Jeep, do what you want with it.

I haver the RR light guards all around. I agree with the above, fronts are a little cheesy. Rears on the other hand hold up well, never saved my lights on the trail, but they saved them in the garage from my own stupidity a few times!!!!

I would say go with any brand other than Mopar if cost is a factor. Everyone offers some type of warranty and Mopar parts are usually re-branded from somewhere else anyway.
No worries on the chrome either. It's not my bag but you can always paint them with some Rustoleum if in time you want a change.
