I had an LOD rear bumper on my TJ. The quality was pretty good. The tow points were just welded to the face of the bumper, which I didn't much care for, but they never failed me. The price was excellent, and the swing out tire carrier handled a 37" Krawler on an Allied steel beadlock, (pretty heavy combo) with no trouble. At the time I purchased it, it was about 40% cheaper than the competitor's bumpers. Not sure about how they match up now.
