Default Loose suspension?

I tried searching for answers but I'm not sure what to call it. I have a 3.5" Rock Krawler lift and 35" tires. Lately it seems like the whole suspension is "loose." When I go around a corner it feels like the whole cab leans to the side. Also when I turn the steering wheel from left to right it feels like the whole cab "slides" to each side.
I don't remember it feeling loose like this. When I'm driving down the road it feels like I'm "falling off" to one side or another, and I have to turn the wheel to keep me back in the middle of my lane.

Does anyone know what could be wrong? I've tried jumping up and down on each side of the bumper but it doesn't seem to be the shocks. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The rear end feels like I can push it from side to side with little effort. Is that normal? If I turn the steering wheel from side to side real fast it feels like my a$$ end is sliding back and forth. Around corners it feels like I'm gonna slide into the ditch. That's a little exaggerated but that's kinda how it feels.

How are your tire pressures? Too-low pressure will definitely act as you describe.

I thought the same thing, so that was what I checked first. I tried standing on the bumper on each side, and tried to jump it up and down, and also tried pushing the rear end from side to side. The up and down didn't seem too bad but it was real easy to push it from side to side. Compared to my Grand Cherokee, the JK seems really loose from side to side. I'm just not sure why, or how to fix it.

If theres a lot of side to side movement, check your trackbar and make sure its torqued to 125ft lbs. Also make sure the sway bar links arent loose.
Did your lift come with an adj trackbar/trackbar relocation bracket for the rear?

If you feel it in the rear i would say the same, check the rear track bar and bracket as well as the rear sway bar and sway bar links.

You need someone to rock it while you crawl around underneath listening and feeling for the source of the knock.

Bad shocks would do that too.
