Default Low speed vibration, 10mph, after 2" lift with stock wheels and tires.

I've been dealing with a low speed vibration at around 10mph and I mainly notice it while decellerating. It doesnt happen everytime and some days its more noticable than others. I've tried everything to narrow it down such as putting the transmission and transfer case in neutral and it still does it. I installed a 2", really about 3" lift, and brought it back to the place I had install it to have them check it out and they said whatever it is it's nothing major. It drives me nuts. I've searched all the forums trying to find somebody that's had the same issue. Most of the answers I've found have said, "It's the lug's on your tires". I know that's not the problem with mine because it happened while using the stock wheels and tires.

I'm using the stock drive shafts.
