Lower front control arms.
Don't talk yourself out of the fixed arms if that's what you want, it was just a heads up to look at both sides of the situation.
When I first lifted the JK, I started with a set of fixed lowers, then went ahead and added adj uppers not long after just because I wanted more fine tuning. Had I started with adj lowers, it would not have been an issue. (I also started out at over 3", so just relating my experience with it)

Get adjustable front LCA's and you'll never look back at this again, i went with the Synergy ones because they're super easy to adjust without removing them from the mounts, which is not a big deal anyways, but that double adjuster with the pinch bolt really makes things waaay easier to adjust, and correcting caster while at the alignment shop is really a breeze for any alignment tech, etc, plus, if you ever decided adding a lift, you'll be able to easily correct the front caster one more time. i'm a newbie myself when it comes to Wranglers, but not a newbie using adjustable arms in other lifted applications, however the double adjuster is new to what i know, and it's been more than welcome so far.
Good luck.
Good luck.
Even if your Jeep sits slightly higher it's nominal considering lower control arm lengths are standard from 2007 to present. Fixed arms are nice when you're purchasing a kit. However, in this case adjustable arms are great because they can be dialed for your application which is not an out of the box product.
