I went with the spider shade and so far I live it, my wife is much happier running with the top down

The back seat shades are a great anti theft/theft deterrent

Looking at the both the Dirty Dog and the Spiderweb Mesh.

Would prefer to have a solid cover vs the mesh. But neither Dirty Dog or Spiderweb have that option.

Dirty Dog has better coverage and has recently changed their tie downs to a strap vs. the ball/elastic bungee cord like the Spiderweb has.

Absolutely, that's the only reason I got it!

They say it blocks 70% of the sun and in my experience I certainly seems to block a ton of light/sun

It's also cooler both stopped and driving

I have a two door and I never have a back seat installed but for better coverage I got the one that goes back and would cover the passengers if you had a back seat.

No. It uses Velcro straps that are sewn on in the front and bungees on the sides

For what it's worth the spider shades have 3 or 5 year warranty, depending on which model you get.

They are made in the USA

They have awesome customer service, my order of the back window screens wound up getting mutilated in shipping and all the bungee ties had fallen out, I called up and I believe the gentleman who answered the phone the owner, he took quick action to fix my problem

One small thing, they donate merchandise to things like the 4 x4 club I belong to, were doing a big fundraiser for the wounded warriors and they made a donation!
