Metric for 33's?

My stock BF Goodrich MT's are finally done and I am looking to go a bit bigger. I have a 2 inch skyjacker lift and I am looking at some goodyear duratrac 33's. First off I was wondering what the metric size would be for the duratracs in 33's. As well I was wondering if I could go any bigger than 33's and what tires may be better than duratracs.

Thanks

The metric would be 285/70/17's. I have Falken Rocky Mountain ATs and love them. Duratracs are also great tires. A lot of people on here are running them. As far as running 35's you might end up a bit sluggish but if you dont mind you should be able to run them. You also need wheel spacers if keeping stock wheels. I have spidertrax 1.5! Hope that helps.

Right, a 285/70-17 is essentially a 33x11.50-17 tire. A 305/65-17 is basically a 33x12.50-17 tire.

Go out to the goodyear website, find that tire, and click on the specs. It will list the height and width of every available size in both standard and metric. You will find that there are several different sizes to choose from.
