The Currie control arms have a Johnny Joint on both ends. Road noise and vibs is not really an issue unless you plan on running high psi in your tires. And they do need to be removed to be adjusted. But how many times will you need to do that?

I'm pretty sure the EVO ones are adj for the amount of lift you want.

I did install an OME HD kit and am VERY happy with it..

My backup plan would be to do the tereflex leveling kit with OME shocks, and Airlift airbags in the back... If I needed more clearance for tires... fender trim. Low center of gravity is better anyhow!
