That looks correct, Ours is for a JKU 2013.. and the PNs listed in the installation instructions are all MOPAR Ram 1500 part numbers. Suggest keep a copy of these part numbers in the owners manual and glove box should you ever have a shop work on the brakes ( so they KNOW)

Yes, RT Offroad is Crown's division if I recall.
