I'm just curious as to what it is and how exactly it looks like and connects to. Not for nothing but we have something similar on the cluster and thats not that accurate so I agree with you guys too.

Speaking of "fuel-saver guages", does anyone else notice that the only way to get the "fuel economy" light to come on is to let off the gas completely? Not sure if this light is just a 2010 thing, but the only time i have ever been able to get it to come on is when decelerating lol. Guess any acceleration or cruising is not economical in my JK.

Hah! Just be happy it doesn't kick on that often or just think about how powerless the motor would be when it is starving for fuel.

Help save a little gas! 2 and 1/2 inch round gauge that reads current fuel economy, average fuel economy, RPM, and vehicle speed. Additionally, have red, amber, and green lights that indicated how well you are doing on keeping the vehicle in the most fuel friendly driving mode. Easily connect to the OBD II port, installs in minutes
An Aeroforce Interceptor guage, while costing over twice as much, will tell you the above plus a whole bunch more. Temps, lots of component voltages, codes, misfires, etc. Better investment by far IMO.

And if I want something to tell me I stepped on the gas too hard, I just take my wife with me. (My wife is a sweetheart but I have to tease her).

And I sure do not have mine set to monitor fuel economy
