Default Motobilt tailgate accessory mount

Thinking of getting the Motobilt tailgate accessory mount and am wondering if anyone has one and if so how you like it?

i would install 2x4gal rotopax fuel cans on it, highlift jack and antenna mount which the product description says it can accomodate all plus more.

thx

I don't have that unit but I'd check the weight that you're putting into it and contemplate upgrading your hinges if you plan on carrying that weight frequently or off-road.

good point, ive been thinking of that and 2x 4gal fuel rotopax full would be about 50lbs + 8lb for the motobilt mount so roughly 60lbs. Anyone know the weight of the factory spare tire mount + tire/rim combo?
Thanks

Factory spare tire (255/70-18) is 42lbs and I think the standard 17" wheels are 26lbs. So maybe you're within around where the factory spare is. Just keep an eye on it I suppose.
