I have the MPAC and couldn't be more pleased with the product. It's very well constructed, looks great, and performs flawlessly. I highly recommend it but be forewarned that you may start dreaming up ways to MPAC your whole Jeep. :)

You will notice that a lot of the pictures that you see of the SB rear door systems have MPAC "STAT" bags mounted on them...so in my opinion, the included bags are really moot in the equation.

The Jeep Wrangler JK Rear door Combo pack will include...

One Jeep JK Rear Door MPAC Rack/Hardware MSRP: $165.00

One Large STAT (Rip-away) MOLLE Pouch MSRP: $36.00

One Medium STAT (Rip-away) MOLLE Pouch MSRP $24.75

Sold separately on the website this would cost $225.75 (you save almost $46.00!)

Special Price: $179.99

While it looks like smaller coverage than the fabric systems, you actually have the same coverage if you have the subwoofer (can't mount anything there anyway because of clearance).

If you do not have the subwoofer...you can compensate with "hang over" of items mounted on quick fists.

Yes, it is more expensive...........but as the saying goes "you get what you pay for" :)

BTW: It is our business policy to promote as much business to USA companies as possible...that is why we keep all of our MPAC Rack manufacturing local. It shows in quality control too:thumbsup:

Hi, can you still put the back seat in the truck with the rear seat side rack mounting bracket for the JK Wrangler (assuming that there is no fire extinguisher attached, just a bag)?

4wd special

I like both but right now 4wd has a special if you buy there G.E.A.R overhead console you get the tailgate storage for free @ $169. You have to add it to you cart to see the discounted price cause it will show $229. Both companies offer bags to go with the storage racks.

X1 on the MPAC system.

I can't say enough good things about the MPAC mounting system. A very rigid, heavy duty mounting system. Their bags are of great quality but you can also use any pouch that has the molly system. The molly system has gained popularity and will remain popular for years to come due to its versatility.

If you go with a fabric system you will have sagging issues and weight limit concerns. The MPAC system will hold up anything within reason, and maybe a little beyond.

I have the M6 mounted on a Tuffy full console; it is a great combination and a perfect fit. And, I have the rack mounted to the tailgate. A very cool way to organize.

Another excellent storage option are the "Dirt Bagz" from JeepSwag (Woods). They conform to the wheel well, and fasten to the top body edge, work with hard or soft top.Very well made, lots of room, for 2 or 4 dr. I really like mine, can you tell?
