Exclamation Multiple transmission codes

Hello,
I have a 2009 Jeep JKU X with 37's and 5.13 gears in the rear end with a newly installed LSD. less than 500 miles on the LSD.
Today While driving on the highway, the RPM'S suddenly jumped up so i pulled over and on the way of limping it home i also noticed it wouldn't shift. once i put the scanner on it it gave me these 4 codes
P0706-Transmission range sensor rationality
P1790-Fault immediately after shift
P0733-Gear ratio error in 3rd
P0716- input shaft speed sensor 1 performance.
i have already ordered the input shaft speed sensor. if anyone has had similar codes or issues, your insight would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, yes i have the same issue....limp mode and multiple gear cods, mainly 3rd gear. I have had many shops look at it and trying to diagnose it.

Seems there is an issue with TCM or PCM in 2012 if you run gearing and big tires. so far I have has the shops tell me to change the tranny, but not sure thats real it. doing rear sensors now and see what happens. more to come

If you have re-geared and installed bigger tires, the 2012s and newer JKs must have the new gear ratio and tire size programmed into the computer. Otherwise, limp mode will set.
With the earlier JKs, this is not necessary for proper transmission operation as the transmission has internal input and output speed sensors.
