I just replaced mine yesterday. Bought the replacement from Quadratrec. Just took a minute. There are 2 part numbers. 12504.0016 for 2007-2009 and 12504.0017 for 2010-2017.
There is a different shape for some years--but as you can see it's not very expensive. 05065432AC is for 2007.

How is yours holding up? My concern too was water fording which is why I have stayed away from the tramp stamp design. I got rear ended a few weeks back and I in the process of rebuilding my whole tailgate.

Tramp stamp or no tramp stamp....doesn't really change this vent at all. The tramp stamp simply goes over the vent but does not seal it, nor is it intended to seal it. It is intended to leave it able to leave the vent functional....to relieve interior pressure. I would note that they have tramp stamps designed for both the older vertical vents, and the newer horizontal vents. Water is going to seep in to the tailgate at that vent regardless if you get deep enough. Outside of removing the vent and patching the hole with something solid, and sealing it well, you're not going to have something water tight there.

The difference being the first is the original tramp stamp, and what I have is the tramp stamp II, which comes in both a wide vent and tall vent model.

I think the ones with louvers are just to keep rain and spray out. Can't recall which brands have it. They don't appear to let you keep the plastic/rubber vent. Whether or not the vent keeps water put in deep crossings could be irrelevant if the door seals don't work.
Stopped by the stealership today and picked up a stock one for $8 that's about 5 times cheaper than those tramp stamps plus I have no interest in doing the spare tire delete.
I'd like to share my DIY fix for the missing rubber flaps on the tailgate vent.
I gave it a thorough cleaning and removed all residue of the old rubber flaps especially in the groove on top of each row where the seal lodges.
I measured and cut our 3 new rectangular rubber seals from a bicycle inner tube.
Thread each one across the row.
Make sure they're well stretched so that it works as it should ... Which is seal .
Carefully pour or drip contact glue in each of the grooves on the 3 rows.
Job done.
