Default Need a little Procal advise

Got my procal today and I set it for my new tires. they meaure 34" even and I set the Module and the horn wouldn't honk. I reset it for 34.25" and it took. went for a test drive and the sway bar light a check engine light where on and also the speedometer stopped working. I ran the DTC code and the check engine light went out. I ran the sway bar code for off and it went out but the speedometer still did not work. I set the restor and every thing returned to normal. I started all over again and same thing. any one have any idea why the speedometer stops working?
