Default Need opinions for Rims/Tires

So i am torn between which rim size and tire to get. I drive a 15 Unlimited Sport S, just got rubicon shocks, 18/59 springs, and a teraflex level kit installed. I am still running my stock rims and tires, they are just the regular Goodyear Wranglers. I want to upgrade tire and wheel size but am stuck. I drive into the city daily for work (highway) and do minor off roading, not crazy aggressive. So i would want to retain a good ride and decent MPG. I currently get 17mpg before level and want to stay around 15.5< Not sure what I should go with here.

Heres what i have:

Option 1:

-Mickey Thompson 17x9 with 4.5 back space wheel
-285/70R17 General Grabber tire

Options 2:
-Procomp 17x8 with 4.75 back space wheel
-275/70R17 BFG tire

I have considered a 265/70R17 but not sure how that would look with a level kit.

Share some opinions

I think it will all just come down to what wheel and tire you like best. I don't think you will see any significant mileage difference between those two sizes.

So what should i expect MPG wise from a 285/70R17.

Anyone out there who rides these and can give me an MPG example.

I am looking at General Grabbers fyi
