Other than it "looking weak", do you have any other reasons you want to upgrade it?

a SS is not going to fix your bump steer.

What size lift are you running?

What are you feeling as you drive. I have a feeing it isn't bump steer and an upgraded stabilizer isn't what you need. Tell us what you feel and we will help you diagnose and fix the problem.

Well every time I hit a bump it kinda pulls the the side.(steering wheel a little too) Not to bad. I had the alignment guys look at my jeep the said my tires toe it a little but it's not bad enough for them to do an alignment.. No abnormal tire wear.

I had this problem and it was looseness in the track bar bolts. I bought some new bolts and lock nuts. I don't remember the size but there are some threads on that. Play in the steering can cause issues also.

If it only pulls the steering wheel a little and the jeep itself is wondering more than the steering wheel is turning, I would say something within your steering is worn out. If you had bump steer, the steering wheel would turn just as much as the wheels were.
