Default Needing some shock advice!

I have a 2007 Unlimited X with a 4 inch lift. Im stuck between Rancho, Skyjacker, and Bilstein. I don't do any hardcore wheeling but I need a good durable shock that can handle whatever is thrown at it. Whcih of these 3 would you guys prefer or what other brands should I take a look at? Thanks

Thumbs up

I am real bias, but I vote Rancho.
Look to the RS7000MT, if you want a monotube style shock, a firm, responsive on road handling, and eats up the trail as well.
The RS9000XL's are a favorite for many because of the adjustability. A lower setting is more of a "Cadillac" ride, while bumping it up is a firmer ride.

Here is something that sets us a part.
If you aren't happy with your shocks in the first 90 days, return them for a refund.
Also a limited lifetime warranty (keep that receipt)
Made in the USA as well.

And they have a rebate going on right now!

I agree with the post above. I'm running the rancho 9000XLs and they are such a great ride. Good luck

I would consider Fox/ELKA/Bilsteins.

Bilsteins are what my extensive research on here led me to as my second choice. I have OME and love them... It was a toss up when I was shopping. Between the ones you stated though, I would go bilsteins. Lots of good reviews and feedback.

Thanks everyone for your help. With all my research I think I'm gonna go with Bilstein 5100s. Thanks for your feedback guys
