Default negative camber

I have a2012 JKU 37" 4"lift and I noticed my driver side front is at negative camber should I replace ball joints, or get alignment done

How bad is it? did you gusset your front axle? Depending on how bad, you may have bent C's. Running 37's without reinforcing your axle is bad idea!

Nothing you can align as camber is not adjustable (unless you get adjustable ball joints). Post up your actual numbers so we can see how bad it looks.

x2 if your C's don't have gussets they will bend.Ball joints will help and you can correct the neg camber only if the C's are not bent

Take it in for a free/cheap alignment check and post the numbers. If the C's are bent, add gussets to keep them from bending further. If the axle itself is bent, it's decision time.

"C"s are the outter portion of the axle tubes where the ball joints are located. Named that way because when viewed from the front they look like the letter C. Running larger/heavier wheels and tires will increase the load in this area and can cause the C's to bend which will put your alignment off. Gussets are available pre-made, just a little welding required.

Can't decide if that is uneven wear, or just the non-symetrical lug pattern on the tires. If it is toe-out, then the OP should notice the Jeep wanting to wander a bit in the steering.
