Default New 5.13's, possible misalignment?

Hey Guys,

I am reaching out to anyone that can help me with some of my worries.
Two weeks ago i got my Jeep overhauled with:

3" Full traction ultimate suspension
5100 bilstein shocks
1310 Tom woods DS's
& .... 5.13 gears

Since then I have re-torqued all the suspension components and had the vehicle re-aligned after a week. After changing the diff oil last night I noticed that when I engage the Jeep into 4 Hi the vehicle seems to experience a wobble or steering bump. I know it never did this with 4.10's and it can’t be good for the gears. If you put the vehicle back into 2Hi as soon as the front disengages everything is dandy.

Getting to the point...how can I tell if the new gears are the cause of the problem? I don’t want to damage anything but before I start pointing fingers and spending money I would like to know what the cause is.

Thanks to everyone in advance for any help!

i think you need to give us some more info on this. does this wobble or steering bump only happen once after shifting into 4HI or, does it keep happening until you stop? also, are you testing this out on dirt like you should be or pavement?

Like Wayoflife said, A little more info would be helpful..

Also, Remember to torque the suspension with the full weight of the vehicle on all four tires

The steering wobble is constant until I put it back into 2Hi. I tested it on a sand road. The suspension is fully torqued and aligned since putting it on. Just down to the caster angle and gears now I guess. Caster I was told is at 3.5 degrees which I was not happy about but it drives straight and smooth in 2hi....some small high frequency vibrations through the vehicle do occur at times when accelerating and under 45mph , I think this is due to my caster angle though.

1.Have you driven on Sand before? it will feel somewhat like a steering wobble.

2.The Caster is fully adjustable. You can get more than 3.5 degrees.

3. The small viberations is when your in 2wd on the highway? It can be your pinion angle, gears or even your driveshaft. Start with the pinion angle
